Roseburg Cycle Center, Randy Wing Owner, misrepresented a sale of a 2003 Kawasaki Motorcycle, to a minor. There was no contract of sale, the Kawasaki was represented as brand new, and when we started researching the motorcycle, found out it was already registered in someone elses name and that it was a grey market motorcycle from Canada.
The Owner will not resolve the issue. The owner kept giving us the run around saying that he was going to get the minor a new engine. The motorcycle was rode once and blew up.
