My girlfriend, 6 YR old daughter and I were shopping for a Jeep Grand Cherokee last year at this particular dealership. Everything was okay until I sat down with the sales manager to discuss price. After I decided it wasn't a good deal due to numbers on used vs new, I told him I cannot buy from you and I got up and walked out (he didn't take too well to that).
When I was leaving, I was carrying my daughter in my arms, and the sales manager decided to follow me outside, yelling and cursing at me and my family telling me maybe we couldn't afford the car or maybe we didn't have enough education (whatever that meant in terms of buying a car from a used car salesman). I had to put my daughter down and tell her to walk away because I thought the guy was going to hit me... He got right in my face. He looked as if he was having a reaction from drugs or something similar.
I called the manager at the dealership to report this guy and they basically tried to play it off as if it were our fault.
All in all, that was the most unusual experience in my life at a dealership and I recommend people stay away from this particular place. (I bought a bran new Jeep for $2K more than the used one he was trying to sell me):)
