Horrible Customer Service, Unsatisfactory JDM engine, Very Hard to Contact over the phone

I had ordered an engine from them on May 12th. It wasn't received till about the 26 of June. Before hand, I had an issue where they wanted me to pay extra for the Wiring Harness. (even though I had ordered it at the original price with one.) Being in some what of a Hurry to get my car back on the road and out of my friends garage, I agreed to pay the extra, no big deal.

So. The engine arrives and almost immediately we discover several things that are wrong with it. Most of which rendering it unusable/unrepairable. Oh and remember that wiring harness I paid extra for? Not there, well to be fair, it was cut, but no where's close to complete. So i figure, return it get it over with.

Not proving so easy. They've told me things like I've called the wrong number etc. Etc... I'm fed up with their games and filed a complaint with my card who is having me gather information and they're taking legal action. Still this is delaying me greatly. Will update with more details.
