Repeatedly suggested voluntary repossession, Held the keys to my trade hostage

I tried United Nissan earlier this year because I've had a bk and they say they are willing to help you when you have bad credit. What they mean is they are willing to take advantage of you if you have bad credit.

The first time, they dragged the process on, failed to take us to the car we came in there to see then gave us the run around about financing and the value of our trade. We were very clear about the car we wanted and what we were willing to pay but they continued to ignore us. After hours and cranky kids we begin to ask for the keys to our car. They kept the keys while they continued to haggle. It took another half hour before they finally took no for an answer and gave us our keys. They called back the next day to suggest we let the bank take our car back, trying to assure us it wouldn't adversely effect our credit.

We tried them again this month because there was a specific used car located there. We went through their internet department assuming things would be different. More of the same. After 3 hours of asking them to just run the numbers and tell us what the payment would be, they came out with numbers which were way too high. For them to take our trade we'd have to put an enormous amount down. Their suggestion: voluntary repossession, saying it would only hurt our credit for a "little while" and paying them on time would improve it. They then proceeded to ignore our request to return our keys. These people are definitely up to no good.
