May 08, I spoke to Mike Davis at Columbia Chevy, in Montgomery Ohio about a new truck sale and trading my own vehicle. I test drove the truck, liked it and decided to pursue the numbers. After appraising my vehicle the numbers didn't work. I left the dealer to look elsewhere to purchase.
June 08, I spoke to a new salesperson about a gently used truck. I said hello to Mike Davis whom I had previously spoke with before. The new salesperson then was cornered and informed that Mike had all the numbers and he didn't have to do anything. The new salesperson told Mike Davis he would rewrite everything. Mike Davis the would not allowed him to speak to the used car manager without interference. Mike Davis was loud enough to be heard across the dealership. The new saleperson was also given a completely different price than what was on the internet. $3000 dollars higher.
In looking for a Chevy I would strongly recommend a dealer that doesnt play these type of unprofessional games with it's prospective clients.
