Placed an order online but didn't receive a confirmation email, so I called and found out that the brake rotors weren't actually in stock and it would take 7-10 days to produce them. I canceled the order and was told it would take 5-10 working days to receive the credit. It has been a month and no credit. When I call I can only leave a message and no one returns the calls and emails go unanswered. I disputed the charge with my credit card company, perhaps they will have better luck contacting someone. I should have read other reviews found on this site and I wouldn't have even placed the order in the first place.
