It is the worst company to work and worst company to rent a car or by there insurances even you have your own insurance, counter personal is on commision and they are train to sell insurance or up grate the car so they can make money, they have this bonuses that is not possible to make it, and they keep higher it all the time so they wont pay you, they lie about the insurance and dont read you the legal note that should you read it " your own insurance may cover your rental car" how ever there is extra insurance that you can buy from us, go avis or enterprise or work for them or dont work for car rental companies at all or car sales,
It is all monkey busines and dead end jobs, they give you all this big numbers that only one or two person makes it, and rest cant even by food or pay rent, trust me, been there done that and they lay you out with out a day notice, but they want you to give them a 30 days notice i see people work there for 10-15 years and they lay them of with ourt a one day notice, they own by public company now and it is the worst, in christmas time they give us $10.00 gift card, they tell evey one you are going to be a manager and than when (if) that happens you work 50-60 hours a week bat you are on sallary for 40 hours a week,
I took them to a court and i win and some other people with me win big time, but not every one sue them, and keep working and working 7am to 7pm they need money and they are in dead end, the funny part is they higher new college kids, and most of them very smart kids, but they find out after a year or so, and quite and hets highers new ones and it is keep going like this, in and out, no respect no money, hell with them this is usa big country with lots of good companies to work for,
Dont be fool and work for companie call HERTZ from Mr. Hertz is the founder immigrant came here from Germany and start it with 3 cars in east coast, 80 years a go, and than get bigger and bigger and be come a company and now useing and abuseing people like this. They are not FAIR TO EMPLOYEES and try to screw the CUSTOMERS good luck and i am so happy i am out of that monkey busines, but i dont want others to go what i go to, good day and take THIS!!! Hertz
