I went to United Nissan June to trade in my 2004 Santa Fe for a used Nissan Murano.instantly I was informed that there were not any used Murano's and i would have to buy a new one. I figured it they could get me financed for a new one why not. Shortly after walking the lot I found the car I wanted, then came the hard part. The sales man and I sat down and started to go over numbers. He tells me that my car is not worth much but never told me how much. He said that I was so upside down that they don't even want my Santa Fe. I would have to come up with a extreme amount of money and my credit was horrible. He said that the only way they I could get this new car was to "give my car back to the bank." I told him I have paid every single car payment on time for 2 yrs why would I give it back. He says " your credit is already bad it cant get any worse". I was so shocked that a sales man who needs my business more than I need his insulted me like that. I gladly walked out off that place and have no intentions of ever returning. Ill drive my upside down Santa Fe until the wheels fall off.
