Dear Friend,

I'm a Maruti Suzuki new driver but “not a happy owner”. I purchased my ALTO Enjoyment Version DL7CH 1058 from Bagga Url Patparganj Delhi on 13th March. Originally everything going well-but sadly on 11 Jan I achieved by having an incident and my car got broken. From 12 Jan to roughly 30 days my vehicle was standing in Bagga Link areas for support and Insurance Claim. And after one month after I got my vehicle on-road then really following day my vehicle was break up and that I called-up to “Maruti On-Road Services” then your maruti manufacture explained that the vehicle lover wasn't operating that’s is just why your vehicle get break up after which many others issue arrived 1 by 1. For all those cause I visit many times to Bagga link and that I don’t get neither acceptable support neither acceptable solution after which oneday I came across that my power-steering design harder a regular maruti “800’s” Then I listed a protest at Maruti Local office.

Then I got excellent reaction from your own part Mr. Uday Raj Manufacture from Maruti trip to Bagga Link and he named us to Bagga Link. I met with him which period he rectifies the problem but after some times I'm experiencing the exact same issue. And that I returned to Bagga link using the same issue then Mr. Vijay Kumar / Mrs. Shashi from Customer Service wasn't act precisely and he refused to provide me services, he informed us that Maruti itself won't consider any obligation for this, since you confirmed your automobile out-side type Bagga Link today Bagga Link won't provide you with any services. The act of both individuals isn't great. Actually they individuals are not worried to resolve my issue, I confirmed my my automobile from just starting to them just, then why must I move various other location and spend twice for that same problem after I understand my vehicle could be fixed only in Bagga Link without spending something.

And So I am requesting this issue for you, as you're a “Managing Director” of the organization, Friend is it feasible for that nearly six months and that I am heading over and over to Bagga Link for providers and Insurance state. And that I realize that I'm receiving my issues with no costs then why must I visit various other manufacture when Our Situation ruined by Bagga Link? THIS REALLY IS VERY BAD AND PROVIDES BAD IMPACT TO YOUR PROVIDERS.

You like a Organization usually importance and discuss “CUSTOMER SATISFACTION” but I'm really unfortunately that I'm being truly a MARUTI CLIENT I'm never fulfill together with your Customer Service Providers and also the people in Customer Service Division.

Please tell me what's my mistake I achieved by having an incident and lord save me is the fact that my error? Or I purchased my vehicle with Bagga link is the fact that my error? Or I purchased MARUTI SUZUKI vehicle is the fact that my error? PLEASE HELP ME to obtain using this issue when I am truly sick and tired of these issues.

Wish you'll assist me and consider my protest significantly and certainly will consider some suitable motion to provide me reassurance when I also desire to be A PROUD OWNER OF INDIA’S GREATEST CAR MARUTI SUZUKI.
