Mr Vlad Ostashevsky have taken my car for shipping from Alpharetta to Bremerhaven (Germany) priced by $ 800. The car has been given to trucker, driven from Elite Auto Buy and drop off in Warehouse Indigo Logistics, LLC, 601 Interchange Drive, Atlanta, GA 30336 in their arrangement on 10-th of March. Till know, they are not be able to make the shipment.
As I find another company Trans Global, Auto Logistics, 2454 NW Dallas St. Grand Prairie, TX 75050 Phon: 972-602-1670, Fax: 972-602-0072 to make the shipment to Germany, they charge me $100 for the transportation from Alpharetta to their warehouse. They said do not release my vehicle until their invoice has been paid. Additional, they make by phone higher price of the shipment from $800 to $1500 and if not will charge for warehous $50 day.
I will not pay for that unused movement and demand $500 for the time-value lost of the car and our financial lost, throughout the cheat and ill-business of Indigo. Mr. Vlad Ost. Has all the time avoids any written contract for shipment to Germany. Not release my vehicle is a crime of, Extortion and Fraud, I think.
The act of extorting; is the illegal use of power (by not release my property) to obtain fund or service on higher deal. They have any title to hold my vehicle, which has been taken under fraud. The crime of extortion and fraud has been consistently fulfilled, because I (the victim) willingly turn over to the payment of $100 to avoid (future) financial lost or harm to my car. It is wrongful use of force to achieve fear of damage or sold part from my car, additional, because does not exist written agreement to poses my property by them and any title.
