Checkered Flag VW of Virginia Beach guaranteed me a second key after I purchased my used Jetta. Today they declare they've no report of the guarantee and certainly will not recognize the contract. They need me to pay for $154.
Just for a valet key (not just one of the push-button tips). They state there's nothing they are able to do. Well, I believe there's anything they are able to do plus they merely wont get it done... DON'T PURCHASE A VOLKSWAGEN FROM CHECKERED FLAG ~ LIKE A ISSUE OLF REALITY I'dN'T PURCHASE A CAR FROM ANY CHECKERED FLAG DEALER!!! Whatever happened to trusted old fashioned customer support??
