Purchaser rebate guarantee dont believe this purched warrenty 02/05/08 meet all rebate rules had a oral yes to a rebate now 06/10/08 still wating for my refund that was to be sent in 30days

We were called on phone our warranty was expired on truck. We were talked into warranry on phone. After receiving warranty package desided it was not what was expected. So we canceled. We were told over the phone after they recieved our written cancelation that we were aproved for part of our money back. So we are still waiting for our refund... This has been from 02/05/08 to 06/10/08 we are still waiting for our 30 day refund. Please think before you use this company. We cant get them on the phone...
