Gentlemen,
This is my second written communication being sent both via email and fax (417-532-2233).
My Porsche was picked up at Triumph Motors, Columbia IL on Dec 14 and was to be delivered to Anthony Pisani, 3321 Ridgeview Drive, El Dorado Hills, CA 95762. It is apparently lost, misplaced, damaged or stolen.
To date you have not returned one phone call, but have falsely stated that it would be delivered 1) Dec 23rd, 2) Dec 30th, 3) Jan 2nd, 4) Jan 6th. Ron at Triumph Motors, the originator, has also made several requests that you contact me with delivery information, and still you remain silent. As you are not able to deliver my car, I want to collect my insurance.
Today is Jan 11th, 28 days after pick up and I still do not have my car, Know where it is, or when it will be delivered. I have no alternative but to advise the Attorney Generals Office and the Better Business Bureau of your practices. After which I have no other recourse but to seek legal action.

Brian,
Kindly advise how you wish for me to proceed? Are you going to have your insurance company contact me, do you have an insurance form for me to fill out?
Besides the two dents in the hood of which I sent you a picture, there are other damages or items missing from the car.
1) The jack and tools have been removed from the trunk
2) Air conditioner does not work
3) Red light in the dash will not shut off
4) Rear window defroster not working
5) Throttle not working
6) Drivers seat torn in several places
7) Both door pockets broken
8) Interior wet and smells of mildew
Please note that none of these conditions existed prior to the car being shipped. Ron at Triumph Motors has verified this fact.
The car ran out of gasoline when being delivered at my driveway. The car was used prior to delivery to my home. This evidenced by a roll of toilet tissue found in the glove box and a box of tissues left on the passenger side floor. Neither of these items was in the car at the time of shipment. The use of the car is most likely the reason for my numerous unanswered telephone calls and the lengthy 28-day delivery time.
