Had oil changed and new belts put on car. Wanted to replace winshield wipers and asked if they had any. Was told by Rick that they did. He measured them with a tape measure and installed new blades. When I left it started to rain and I could see that the blades were too short. Rick put 20 inch blades on auto when it should have been 22 inch.
I called back when I got home and spoke to Rick, he told me that he would replace them when he got some new blades in. If I had not found the blades to be short I would not have been told. I feel like he put the wrong blades on auto with no intent of putting the wright ones on unless I found out. He never told me that these were wrong and he would replace them when new ones come in while I was at Lube business.
Well it has been two weeks and I called and Rick still does not have new blades. It is not a money issue, but it is a RIPOFF issue.
