Mohamed and David are hardcore dishonest and devious people who would lie against a police officer in court.
They offered to refund my money because the car I bought from them on eBay was not as advertised. They refused to release the car to me because I would not leave them a feedback in their office, as it is against eBay policy to list feedback conditions in descriptions. I called 911 and David told the responding officer that they would rather refund my money, which they would send by mail. They have my money since February 27 and they still have their car.
Florida Consumer Affairs dept confirmed my story with the Davie, FL police officer and an administrative hearing is scheduled. These folks should not be licensed to scam the public. They list bad cars as perfect and they promise a "if you don't like it, you don't have to buy it" guarantee in their listing or advertisements. That guarantee disappears if you see problems with their car. EBay allows these scammers to thrive.
