Customer in good standing-why so long to resolve 1st claim?

My daughter has had car insurance with this company for some time. She had an accident [was hit by another driver] in December. This is still NOT resolved! This company has very poor customer service! It has been 1 excuse after another. You can never speak to a person no matter what # you call its always an answering machine. I have called and left several messages for an office supervisor and not once has my calls been returned.

This car was my daughters only means to and from her job. This company could care less. She has continually sent all forms and any thing else they have needed to settle this. They totaled her car out finally in May. Almost 6mths after the accident! I think this is very poor business! She has spent money that was hard earned to send things overnight just to get her money so she can get another car. She is still waiting on her check despite being told 4 times that it was being sent. She has been lied to repeatedly!

Dale Sagerburg even told her he would overnight it which he has not done. They absolutely would not wait 6mths for their premiums. They sure didn't have a problem mailing her a renewal notice!

We would NOT recommend this company to anyone and will not be insuring any of our cars with them.
