I purchased my extended warranty plan from them on 11-01. I did not have any problems until Jan of this year when the automatic charge to my credit card stopped. I called to find out what was going on as my payments have now totaled $1143 of the original $1173. I was told they were going thu a re-organization. After that I tried on many occasions to call but no answer.
On 18 Oct I received a notice from the United State Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada Southern Division. I had to file Proof of Claim Form and it had to be received by Nov 11th. I mailed the form on Oct 24th to: Robert F. Bicher III, Claims Agent P.O. Box 7010, Redlands, CA 92375. Have not heard anything as of this date.
