Placed an order and charged my credit card without permission

I recieved a phone call from lipenwald inc 203-857-3800 the man said he was with motor mint and said because i ordered with them i am going to recieve a free car if i try a car and if i dont want it just send it back. I listened to all i needed to hear and hang up well the next day i got a confirmation email thanking me for my order. I checked my cc and they did charge it..
