Robbing the little people

I've been unemployed for sometime now spent every last penny i had to buy a vehical to find work. I came across one i could afford had liability insur, the whole thing cost about 1700.00 tags, insur, etc... Had it two months and it was stolen, spent all my money remmember, it was safe to drive when they found it kids just took it joy ridding, so why did they have to tow it everyone knows towing yards are a rip off so any way i couldnt afford fees about 850.00 at time of lien sale, so there you have it there ought to be a law against the amount they charge.
