Stephen S. B was a drunk driver of a accident with a 16 year old passenger by the name of Mitchell C. The accident occurred in Stroudsburg, PA, and a Driving Under The Influence of Alcohol charge was filed with the Court of Common Pleas of Monroe County on October 4,1994. Since this accident about one year ago Mitchell was notified about a nice size settlement that was due to him. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania investigated Natiowide and found a group of individuals who were scammed out of their claims reported to Nationwide. Mitchell C is hard working young man with a family who deserves a boost in his income. The amount of the first payment was over $100,000.00 and then $3,300 month for the rest of his life.
