Volvo Great at sales time. Horrible at service time

I purchased a new 2007 Nissan Quest SE fully loaded for about $44K in December. I now have just over 20,000 miles on it.

I brought it in with 4 specific issues.

1) Run-Flat Tire was flat. I was told when I bought it that they always have a spare Run-Flat Wheel and Tire ready to go when this special tire goes flat. I even paid an additional $399.00 for an additional warranty. I was told I could get it fixed at any Nissan or Tire Dealer anywhere. I brought it to Marooned Nissan and was told they would not touch it. I had to go to Weston.

Weston did not have it stock and I had to wait two days so they could send it to Tire Hut in Ft. Lauderdale for repair. I complained about the bad wear on the other three tires and they did not care.

2) I had Weston install the I-Pod interface when I bought the vehicle. This never worked right. There are reports all over the web about this and Nissan is aware of it. I was told by the so-called manager of Weston that I should have read the last paragraph in the book that says basically "Specifications may Change without Notice The sales brochure explained how well this should work and so did the instructions. So I wound up paying $430.00 for a product the will never work and they refuse to refund it.

3) There is an issue with the XM Radio Display that is does not always display the programming correctly. It truncates at eight characters most of the time. The gave me a bs story about there are two modules, an 8 character module and a 16 character module and Nissan is aware of the issue and it is being looked at. Like they will ever fix it.

4) A main reason I bough this vehicle and not the Honda is that the Honda did not have a Blue Tooth Hands Free Phone Kit. The microphone in the van is a Canal Street Special. Bad pickup and when driving, the other party cannot hear me. The said once again that is the way it is and it will not be fixed or adjusted.

I paid almost $45k for this piece of crap. The sold me thousands of dollars of extra warranty's and they have the nerve to tell that "This is the way it is"

Weston Nissan like many other company's spend millions of dollars in advertising to get people to buy a car from them and yet once they have the customer they do nothing but tick them off and tell tell if you don't like it don't come back.

I also had called Nissan Corporate Customer Service and they tkae down your problems nothing happens.

Never buy from this dealer and never buy a Nissan. I warn you all.
