Display Model Stereo Missing Parts and Corporate Run-Around

I purchased a display model of a Sony stereo from the Plymouth Mass store simply because they displayed it and priced it but then said they do not carry it, so I wish to get help on a case of false advertising because I never even got all the pieces and I get the run around from all parts of the corporate office, and I wish to take action about all of this.
