False advertising

I purchased a display model of a sony stereo from the plymouth mass store simply because they displayed it and priced it but then said they do not carry it so i wish to get help on a case of false advertising because i never even got all the pieces and i get the run around from all parts of the cooperatre office and i wish to take action about all of this
