I bought a gift certificate a little over a year ago from Excel Mobile Detailing. I bought it to be a gift for a co-worker. Shortly after I found a new job and no longer would see the co-worker it was originally intended for. I called this year to just have my own vehicle detailed. I called the phone number and Ken Ojuka answered. Come to find out, it was his cell phone and he was the owner of the company. As I was talking to him I noticed he was the one that signed the certificate and I had purchased it in person from Ken.
He told me that he no longer offered detailing. I asked what I should do about the money I spent on the certificate then. He told me to give him my gift certificate number and he would look it up, call me back and work something out... He never did. After attempting to call him the next day, what would you know... He was no longer answering. Nor, the next day.
