Truck Addon
Failure to return money

Truck Add on sent me a damaged Retrax Truck bed cover and give me a RMA # and asked me to return the cover so they would credit my account back after getting it back. I sent the cover and they refuse to credit my account and kept the cover. They told me I would be refunded and now they refuse.

The Cover Guy - Prestige Spa Covers
Damaged spa cover shipped (was damaged with a forklift!), cover guy told me to contact shipping company, filed claim and shipping company will only cover 1/3 of cost... Now cover guy has no response and I am left with useless cover and $320 in the hole!
