Wachovia Dealer Services is the worst auto financing company I have ever dealt with! Their employees are rude, ignorant, and blatantly pigheaded! Every time I have called to make a payment or ask a question, I get the third degree. They tell me I mine as well give up the car, I can't afford it and have told my boyfriend many things not pertaining to the conversation that are way out of line. I will NEVER deal with them again! It's like they want to pick a fight with you! Do not get a loan from them! Ever!
