I recieved numerous calls from this company to get a warranty for my truck. After so many attempts i finally agreed to get a warranty for my vehicle which would protect it for repairs and so forth. I went ahead and provided a woman w / my credit card information in January. She stated i would recieve a letter in the mail well i did on January 20 it had my name and address with my vehicle registration # the down pymt that i gave which was $550.00 and also gave me a remaining balance of $2,050.00 for a remaining payments of 12 mths with monthy pymts of $125.00. The representative that i also spoke with said that after i recieved my warranty information that i needed to wait 60 days to be able to do an oil change on my vehicle and also sent me a package in that package they also sent me a liqiud container that i needed to add to my vehicle like a coolant type.
Now it's April and i've still been recieving messages from this company that my monthly pymts and nept codes aren't going through w / my bank for continous pymts of $125.00 that need to be taken out monthly my son recieved a message on his phone from a woman called gale @ the 1-888-858-8448 ext 253. I've tried to call this # to see what is happening w / my warranty and with what i've already paid but i've had no luck at all, and now they have my CC# and my bank account information as well. All i want is this resolved and my $ back.
