Daimlerchrysler 95 Dodge Stratus, Transmission problems, NO RECALL, NO HELP! Auburn Hills, Michigan

Bought 95 Dodge Stratus @ 63k... in April 07.1 month later, car started going into limp mode.
Took car to Dodge dealer, diagnostics showed needed solenoid and TCM
Replaced and worked for about 1 month.
Took to transmission shop after replacing input and output sensors and various blown relays.
Transmission shop resoldered broken solder joints in main computer and control module. Said it was fixed, worked for 1 day. Spent $700 until they told me I needed new transmission. (Quoted me $3200)

Found transmission builder, paid $2100 to have transmission rebuilt. Worked for 3 days. Took back to transmission builder. He could not duplicate problem (limp mode)
Vehicle will drop down into first gear without warning throwing you towards the windshield.

Afer doing 1 year of research on this problem, I have found dozens and dozens of people in the same perdiciment. Some with transmissions rebuilt 3-5 times!

No one can figure out what is wrong with this car. Chrysler is no help. They say they are sorry I am having problems and to take it back to the dealer to have it diagnosed. Sure... So it will work for what? A month? A day? A week?

After seeing how many other people have this EXACT problem I have decided to post about my problem. I have asked numerous experts what they think my problem is. Most say I should just junk the car, find a cliff etc.
Chrysler should stand behind their product. There are many Stratus's and I'm sure Chrysler Cirrus, and Plymout Breeze's around that are doing the exact same thing and I've had Toyota Corolla's most of my life and I regret EVERY DAY that I didn't buy one instead of this piece of CRAP
