Took money under false pretenses, not honoring refund, not answering phones or emails

In July I gave $450. To Pro Motor Sports Employment, aka, www.racejobs.com. I was advised at that time that I would have phone interview with Don Pearsall... He never called and I was never able to reach him by telephone. Eventually I gave up and just asked for progress reports... Sometimes I got them. Sometimes

I was informed on the website that two years after I paid, I would be eligible for a full refund, if I had not been given the opportunity to interview for employment with a race team. Now, after I threatened legal action, they tell me that all refunds were forfeited since I did not write to them last July! They said they adverstised on their website that anyone who wanted a refund just had to write in. Well, I had no idea, since I was told that it was a two year contract.

I'm going to sue them, even if it costs me 10 times what they stole from me... Just because what they've done isn't right.
