RANCHO MOTORS INC ripoff fraud business BBB no help!

I hope that not everybody leases a vehicle which was planned to be a "lease". Reading the contract you will notice the lease obligations, nothing but. The dealer has the money and should be eager to help a customer to his fullest. This what follows should not be something to write, it should be followed

If you don't see this on a contract, don't sign.

I contacted Nissan and the not to forget the mighty B.B.B.
I do agree that this organization should be set straight.
It is a member only club. I was told today by the B.B. B
a member is allowed to write false invoices. Able to charge for work which was not performed invoice stated that mechanic drove vehicle for a distance of 10 miles and that there is no problem. However on the odometer, the vehicle did not move a mile. Dealer added 10 miles using Computer to write the invoice.

I wonder if a person with just common sense would try to do this now I am a bit confused and speechless. I am aware of fairness and courtesy even justice is not always on ONES side, but this is totally against any business or any kind of ETHICS.

b.B. B informed me that it is ok to insult and to rip consumers off, because they pay a membership fee.
The persons I was communicating with in a polite manner, just put her phone on the hook. WOW She said the same think over and over, if the Mechanic can not reproduce the problem, my vehicle is ok.

Again I tried to explain that I told the service writer to test drive it. She replied that they drove it for 10 miles.

Well I am in the mood to reason with a unreasonable person.

I leased the vehicle local because the next dealer is a 140 Miles round trip. She said if I want the vehicle fixed to go their.

I have documents, which if presented to a open minded
consumer caring person would stop this game. I have a phone bill which shows over 30 call in a period over 7 days that always was answered by machine, I left a polite memo please to return my call. That included the DIRECTOR OF CUSTOMER SERVICE some of calls I made looking straight in to the Office, using a cell phone. The DIRECTOR concentrated and that was it.

I was issued a refund check, and my name was spelled wrong and I could not cash it because they also put the bank on. The bank is not local. Would have to send by mail, and the name not being the same mine

BBB INFORMED ME THEY I DON'T HAVE A COMPLAINT WHICH IS IN THEIR "SCOPE ". It is perfectly ok to write invoices and to tell me to bring vehicle in and after 5 hrs at the dealer ship I was informed that the person to install a LOWJACK WAS NOT SCHEDULED. I put 600 miles on a leased vehicle long hours of waiting, and nothing was done, except a 3000 mile oil change oil change was done, within a 1/2 mile the whole dash board stated to light up, all warning lights just came on, vehicle stalled.

After I got it started, and in I was in viewing distance of dealer. I was informed that a module for the seat belt light out. I took 2 weeks to get it in the shop to fix, Friday morning I was in early and promised vehicle at noon, well it was Monday afternoon, a happy voice telling me that the truck was ready to be picked up. I did not push and called at 5.00 pm to find out about the truck, everybody was gone and no rental, not even letting me know.

B.B.B. Told me that i should not be living at the

Location, if i don't want to drive the distance for

Service.

I replied with the BUYING LOCAL EXCUSE. I was under the impression if I buy from a dealer with a B.B. B golden leaf logo. I know better know, and this is just some of the Code of Ethics which come BUYING OR LEASING transportation. This is not the first time that all what I worked for could be history because I trusted a person which claims the Code of Ethics. I need to go to work reason for vehicle, haven been laid and missed days. I will loose my job and the wife house and kids because a brand new vehicle is not supported by the person

regarding the work was done on 8142. I asked Nissan if you can tell me why I was there I will tell if I liked the work I was not even in town. It is sure confusing, when a survey was needed in July, it is October and I still don't know why the oil change was so oily.

The closing statement I have to make is a very sad one. Doing something which makes the it possible for people to live in better housing and feeding the family. Putting close on the children a better live in general it's about buying a brand new
tool of transportation. It is a must in California, Public transit does not exists, with out reliable means of transportation surviving as a law obeying citizen is not possible. Now I am a part of this chain, the most important. Factor, if I become homeless and loose ones live hope and dreams. For just leasing a truck believing their is good in everything. Not to forget Code of Ethics.
