I filed Bankrptcy chapter 7 and needed a car to get to work. At any rate I was desperate. I heard about this new thing of getting these cars from auto companies dealing with people who have Bruised/Bad credit. So I went to this RIGHTWAY automotive company. I knew that whatever dealership I went to, they would give me a high interest rate because of my credit, but what I didn't know was that it was going to reek havoc on my life!!!
This dealership convinced me to get a loan from they're private finance company which is gateway finance located in Michigan also. Basically I have gotten stuck paying for a 1999 Ford Taurus in the amount of at least $9000.00 when I'm done. I have to pay 178.00 every two weeks with no grace period. I want out of this car!!! Someone please help me... I can not afford this and I need transportation. I have children and other bills if there is a lawyer or someone who has gone through the same situation who got out of this please help me. Give me an idea of which way to go with this. This car has been a burden since I got it. I am still in this car going on 1 year and I need to get out of it ASAP!
