Sam Macintosh owner of wheel and deal auto sells vehicles that are rebuilt and lies about wreckage. He is a con artist and stays in court for these cases all the time. He got me for over $2500 and will not work with me. I am a single mother of two with a heart condition and no way of getting around. He thinks its funny and will not come to any type of compromise with me. He is heartless, cruel, deceptive and full of lies. Greed will get you nowhere. Im here to let buyers know to Beware!!
