I purchased a used car from Luxury Motors as well as an extended warranty. I brought my car in to have a specific problem with the cooling system addressed while still under warranty. They claimed to have fixed the problem but I had brought it back over 6 times for the same problem.

Bottom line is the car was not fixed correctly while under warranty and I paid several thousand dollars to them to fix or replace parts that they thought the problem could have been. I finally brought it to an independent shop which diagnosed the problem as clearly being a blown head gasket, which Luxury Motors denied the problem could possibly have been even after I had asked them about it several times.

I sent a letter to Joe Abbas, the owner, over 2 months ago very peacefully explaining the situation to him and never recieved a reply from him. I tried to work this out with them on a reasonable peaceful level and now feel that I was thoroughly taken advantage of. I am now left with an inoperative car which will cost me over $4000.00 to have fixed properly and 4 more years of payments.
