Its a shame that the company would NOT let me talk the the president, Larry, about this situation. To me he would have been than man to talk to i thought. All i ever got to talk to is some kids. Yea im old enought to be thier father. But we all know kids know everything. Larry if your really an honest man and stand behind what is stated on the web when one clicks on your web page. I would have expected you to have a talk to me. So whats up? Noone let you know i attempted to talk to you but was switch on the phone. To who knows who. SOOO why din't you ever get on the phone ant try to get this situation straightened out? So what is it. You don't give a damm about a customer or you didnt know about this problem? Just a question. And by know there are probably other wondering the president of you family-owned company never talked to me / Hey family owned bussiness usually meeas hey were buddies, your like family to us. Gets me to thinking, is that why RJ said. Nevermind And as for youe modern CLEAN shops. Maybe some pics of some of your shops might be in order. What do you think Larry? Heck your kids said they didnt care if i posted on the web! You probably worked your butt off to get this company going and now some kids are running it downhill and dont care if i slam your company all over the net file in court, call the news media etc' So you do your paper stuff. I take a mans word! Larry i delt with your places for years without a problem. So whats up? I get messed around have a car with a blown engine imedialty 300 miles after your company worked on it, all kids of complaints all over the internet. You are the president, the on supposedly in charge and you never contacted or talked to me At this point in time i think you an & like the other people we've delt with on this problem. Like getting told i left a message for someone the morning prior whan i was in the hospital DAYMMM And i had just talked to someone in corporate the day before WTF? I talked to that person when the motor blewup! I called to complain that the replacement motor threw a rod. Backup. I was told i called tueasday morning. But the rod went about 10 PM? Ppeople is this confusing. Well this is just PART of what i have gone through with this company of a gasket instalation! This company has some {looks like hes about 20 in the pic on thier site}kid running the company! I have 3 kids over thirty! Yup a kid is the owner of the company. Why isn't Larry? What a great family owned bussines ya cant even talk to Dad! Yea every company gets complaints but check the number of complaints agains Brake plus / dayem! Actually read the complaints DAYEM again!
I hope your attorneys get to read this stuff. Maybe they will fins an honest place to work because in my opinion and others{ check the net} your company has some dishonest people working working for brakes plus The website is all paid for and should be up tomarrow RJ. You said it was fine with you that i do everything i told you i was going to do. And i am doing it and threatening with the police. What kid of scummy deal was that? A Mark it doesnt matter what my last name is the one that CALLED ME with the police threat. You go ahead with your restraining order Friggen people wont even identify themselves to you DAYEM yet again. They told me they were done and were NOT going to fix the problem they started AND YET they call me and threatened me? As ive asked before how many others have had this happen to them and were to scared to do ANYTHING about it? Anyone think a BRAKES PLUS SUCKS bumper sticker would do any good? Thats terrivle when you try to tell someone what happend with this company and THEY give YOU and earfulll HAHAHAHAHAHA is all one can to at a time like that. Companies depend on the "so there are other people out there" attitude. Hey guys there are only so many!!! You have stores in other states maybe a call to thier BBB's may help my cause. Watchya think? They look at the revenue a store brings in for tax purposes, right. But they want upstanding companies.
Im retired i'll get around to other states officals and have them check the number and the types of complaints youve recieved so far Readers all these actions because i, we got treated like chit by brakes plus. I think many people would of punched some of these brake plus people in the mouth. The police officer i talked said he would have! Yea Larry you want to talk to the officer? Seems you company allready has a bad reputaion around here geee did you ever work on and pull this crap on any Judges? And like many you never heard anything about it, they didnt have the time to spend agruing and just never went to another one of your stores. Maybe they just thought "Someday i'll have them in my courtroom". I was told flat out your companies finall decision. And well i have a few years left to sit at this computers and file complaints.
Just a few lost customers will make up for the money i lost dealing with you people. But this will continue and continue as to tell people what happened to me and decide if they want to deal with you! Oopsss if they ever did get a chance to speak to you Larry
