We are in on the law suit! We had a dodge truck with the company and we gave it up for repossestion and they sent a bounty hunter to my home to collect the vehical... Three months later. I could not take the harassing phone calls any more. We have tryed settling the debt with the company this last year and no one can tell us what we owe or who we could talk to to get a settlement payoff. Although it is affecting our credit to the point we can not buy a home. Please some one help.
