Even though the Chase VP, Andy, wrote a letter to lower my payoff to approx 4,200 from 18K. Chase computer line and collections still states I owe 18,744.96 now as of 2/23. I am going to repo again March 6.
Guess Andy gets his paycheck even if he can't calculate a loan right as a VP or follow up with his staff to ensure they do their job right. I'm a headhunter by trade and would love to find a replacement for him.
