Are not honoring their warranties

Are not honoring their warranties, we bought a rebuilt transmission in july it stopped working less than 5000 miles later and we have 3year 75000 warranty that they will not honor. Rally servise is said to be trying to sell off company to refund warranties but we have been waiting for several months now
