Went in for a suspension diagnostic. Paid $111 dollars. Recieved a printout of someone else's allignment. No diagnostic done

I recently brought my '07 Nissan Maxima to the service department of the dealership (United Nissan, NV) it was purchased. Brought it in because my 2 rear tires' treads was wearing way quicker than the front 2. Was told "Never heard of this kind of problem before, we will have to run a diagnostic". At first I didn't want to since it would cost $100 just for the diagnostic, but since I was there already I said it was fine. First off, the customer service representative didn't seem to like me much for absolutely no reason, even after I told him my mother (previous owner of the car) passed away three weeks ago. But I always put on a kind attitude when I have no choice but to trust others.

After dropping the car off at 12:15pm, I was told that it would be finished around 2:45 - 3:00pm. I recieved a call around 2:15 saying the diagnostic was finished and that my allignment was "way off", but we already confirmed that my allignment was off before I had dropped it off. So that was basically the diagnostic, "Your allignment is WAY off". They asked if I wanted to get my allignment fixed for another $130, I absolutly refused.

When I went to pick up the car I asked for a detailed report on the diagnostic and after the representitive went around looking for it he came back with an allignment printout of another '07 Maxima other than my own. Confused and upset that this diagnostic would be so simple to just state that my allignment was off, I didn't notice the info of this '07 Maxima was completely different than mine. Vin #, name, mileage, color, and tire size did not match that of my Maxima, only the year and model matched. I returned to the service department 15 minutes after leaving and my rep was gone, maybe hiding from me. So I talked to other reps, at first they were suprised, and then they kept reassuring me it was my car, so OK i left.

Next day, I bring my car to a tire shop, a friend of my fathers. Less than 30 minutes of inspection they find that my rear link arm was seriously bent. After showing them the printout I was given I decided to get my money back. I called the service rep that was assigned to me and he transfered me to the service department's manager. I finally thought that this was someone that would help me out, nope I was wrong. His only words were "I need pictures and then we will see if I'll do anything", by this time my car is getting fixed. His whole attitude was as if I were some kind of child trying to play some kind of game. I just wanted the service I paid for, it's the least they could do. If they were going to rip me off they could have at least been kind to me, and if they want to be rude to me they could have at least given me the service I paid for! If they went either way with these I would have left a lot less frustrated and upset than I did, instead not only did they rip me off they were rude to me.

I have my service reciept from United Nissan with my correct info, the 'bogus' allignment statement with the wrong info, and the invoice from the 'real' work done on my car ready for scanning and upload. Worst service (customer service and maintainence) in the history of my life.
