I have a bumper to bumper contract with Car Warranties Direct. Following proper procedure I had repair service station call and get approval for repair. The service station was given an approval number and told them I had to pay and fax the invoice to the Warranty company for reimbursement. After waiting one week I called Car Warranties Direct and the people answering the phone says they are Ultimate Warranty. They looked up my contract number and acknowledged they received my fax. I was told payment would be delayed because it has to be approved by the courts.
I pointed out that it wasn't right to be given approval to have the service station proceed with the repair if they knew there was legal actions going on. This policy is insured by Capitol Assurance but no one has advised me as to when I stop waiting for something to happen with the 'Courts'.
