I worked for this car dealership for 10 yrs. And my family and friends that have purchased vehicles have been treated the same way as everyone else that is complaining about them. My 22 yr old son lives in North Carolina came home to visit and bought a 2008 Impala and the service manager Rick Theobald refuses to work on this vehicle anymore because my son stood up to him about what was right. If people only knew what really goes on in that place. Best thing that could have happened to me is to be away from all that BS... Beware of this dealership.
