In March we purchased a 2004 van from a local car dealership. Being the trusting people we are we also purchased a "bumper-to-bumper" warranty. When we bought the van it already had 40,000 miles on it. It ran great until December just before Christmas. On our way to a Christmas function our van stalled on us. We took it to a local mechanic and we ended up having a cracked plentim. And of course even though in makes the engine run, you guessed it Autosave did not cover any of it. Three days after we got the car back our transmission went out. Mind you that was about a week before Christmas. It is now february and autosave just made their decision to you guessed it "NOT" cover the transmission repair because of all things lack of OIL CHANGES!!! They expected us to have enough receipts for oil changes clear back from when the car was brand new in 2004. How is that suppose to happen if we did not even own the car until 2006. And every 4 months. Come on What a scam. Faxes of our receipts were sent to these people 3 times and rick in claims says that he did not receive them, yeah right! Stay away from autosave! Just search the internet and you will find numorous complaints against them!!!
