I spent all day at dealership getting fiananced. Gave them the money down then finally drove the car home. Five days later after they have cashed my check for the down payment on not only the car but to up grade my car insurance and cancelling my old car insurance that was already paid for the year I get a call to come back in stating there were more papers to sign. When I went back in they informed me that I need an additional down payment.
When I told them no i wasn't going to give them two thousand more, they wanted to put me in something older and cheaper and nothing I wanted. They then want to give me my trade in back after you have signed the title over to them and refund my down payment of 1,250 in 10 days. That doesn't count the 200 that I paid to up grade my car insurance to full coverage before I could even leave the lot with the vehicle. When I told them I wanted my money back now they started I could keep the vehicle till I got my money back since I had it insured.
What a ripoff! I have never been so steamed. Never go to Bev Smith for a car they are liars and cheats. I talked to someone that once worked there after the fact of course, What they do is let you drive home your vehicle keep it for days or sometimes weeks then they request more money. They figure you have fallen in love with your vehicle and will pay anything to keep it. What a scam
