This company claimed to be competent to install high end audio in cars. I had them do two cars; an antique 1969 Coronet R/T muscle car, and 2004 Pontiac GTO. The Coronet gave me problems from the beginning, and they came out twice to get the XM working. The way they installed the antenna scratched my paint job. But the main problem is that the XM radio component doesn't work. They refuse to honor any warranty, or come out to look at the problem. The XM is the only radio they could get to work, because they claim they could not hook up the FM antenna. So I have no radio in my car after paying over $1000 for the system.
Before the XM in the muscle car went out, I had the company install another XM unit in my GTO. They had to take the whole factory Blaupunkt Radio/CD changer out to install the XM system. But when they put it back together, the factory CD player didn't work. After initially agreeing to fix the problem, Sean changed his mind, and decided not to repair the damage he caused. The reason is that the repair will be expensive. I've been quoted over $1000 to replace the CD changer, and he doesn't want to take responsibility.
After all this, they have the nerve to use pictures of my Coronet on their website as an example of their 'top noch' work. What a laugh. This is a one-man, start-up operation that claims to be competent to install high end audio and video. But beware. This is really one guy moonlighting after his 'day job' on nights and weekends, trying to make extra money. I wouldn't trust him to plug in a cigarette lighter.
