Our family has purchased three vehicles from this dealership. Upon our third purchase we were told by the Finance Manager (Dutch) that he has as repeat customers included a free maintance and service agreement for our vehicle. After a hail storm we needed to pull all paper work for our vehicle per insurance company regulations. Imagine my surprise while going over the contract I see that we were charged over four thousand dollars for worthless "extended" service contracts. I have since sent (certified mail) a letter to the general manager. Three weeks later guess what... Nothing. I would strongly discurage anyone buying a new or used car from South Colorado Springs Nissan. There are honest dealers out there. Buy an American vehicle and help to keep jobs in America.
