Rumblesoft, Kris Marciniak, Boost Monkey, [email protected] Ripoff to supply either no or inferior product to internet buyers fraud business

Ref: Purchase of a Boost Controller for a Subaru WRX

I had paid for a Boostmonkey (Boost Monkey) boost controller $119.00 via PayPal to Kris Marciniak at RumbleSoft.

I canceled the order before the product was shipped due to several reasons, one that he did not tell openluy the modification that was involved and voids the warranty of the car.

Kris Marciniak confirmed a refund, but then I received a
package that contained the product. I "refused" to open it (postal refusal) so it went back.

Kris Marciniak confirmed that it was a mistake and that a
refund check would be in the mail soon.

I have not received a refund after more than two months of the order.

There are several complaints on the internet from people
who received the "BoostMonkey" product but it broke soon
after and they shipped it back for repair. They have not received the product again and Kris Marciniak does not return calls nor does he answer e-mail.

This is a fraudulent person/business that took money and
planned holding customers as long as possible on a "string" until the dispute time for the credit card was elapsed. This is his tactic.

So, BEWARE OF Rumblesoft A.K. A Kris Marciniak, Boost Monkey, Boostmonkey and [email protected]
