I have been trying for two weeks now to get replacement parts for a BRAND NEW bike that I purchased. When the bike arrived it was already broken inside the shipping crate. I have made repeated calls only to be told to call back later. I will never again purchase anything from them. I highly recomend that you don't either! This company is a ripoff!
