Our criticism with Nature is regarding the a dual cost to my charge card that they created and that they declare requires 10-14 business days to change. I talked with my charge card business who explained they've this issue with Nature constantly.
When The dual cost continues, it requires several calls and asking to possess it corrected. Our charge card company claims they occasionally may get a fax from Nature to truly have the costs corrected but Nature statements they do not actually send anyone. I believe it is farly apparent why they maintain our cash for nearly three months.
Anything must be achieved about that disgraceful "customer servce".
