I purchased a Class A motor coach/RV from Diamond RV in Hatfield, MA. When I was discussing the deal, I asked how long it would take before I was even money, i.E., when would it be worth what I owed.
I was told, "3-4 years". I needed to be even within 5 years so with that information, I purchased it.
Today, over 7 years later, I have paid over $45,000 in interest and principal, I owe $47,000 and it is worth $22,000.
They won't respond to my e-mails, phone calls or letters. Of course not, they ripped me off.
My credit score is excellent. Today, I have to give the RV back to the finance company as my life has changed. I provide homecare for my ailing parents, no longer have the same income and can't sell the RV because I owe $25,000 more then it's worth.
My credit which I worked 25 years to build will now be destroyed.
