I feel your pain. I too have been robbed by Saturn. 4 Headgaskets in 65K miles. Corporate office personnel follow a detailed script and you can tell this by talking to them. Rude puts it mildly.
On the 4th headgasket which they attempted to charge me $1892 to replace, I decided to take them to small claims court. Saturn had an attorney drive to N.Y.C. From Albany - 4 hours by car three times as to fight my issue.
How stupid are they at Saturn? It cost them more to send in a 22 year old lawyer in a bad suit to fight this than if they finally just gave me a car with a functioning engine. Pay they did though. One month after receiving my judgement from this miserable company, the engine lights all blazed on again. This time it was for leaks that sprung from oil, transmission and radiator gaskets. $1K to fix.
My solution and please all go to YOU TUBE and see this beauty that Saturn sold me under the titles "I'll Never Buy a Saturn Again" and "Saturn Sucks - The best Commercial for this Company" - I am hoping to get Saturn's attention anyway I can as they are crooks. The more "hits" on these videos perhaps the Albany Shyster will meet up with me again.
Don't buy a Saturn EVER.
