Protection plus not paid in the amount of 1560.00

I am writeing this e-mail so we might get some action. Marrgie perakis has been waiting for 3 mounths to get her refund. She followed her agreement and follwed through with it. We have tryed our best to get this resolved and no one wants to help. I don't think 1560.00 dollars is going to hurt fairway. This was there promotion and we would like action taken today.
