I was surprised to find this report. I am going through a similar situation with this agency. I paid money for an auto policy and the full amount was not applied to my policy. I have spoken to several different characters at this place and no one can supply a straight answer or proof of payment to my policy. I am very frustrasted with these people and considering contacting the state or better business bureau or someone.
Please let me know if anyone else out there has been overcharged and what steps you have taken to get your money back.
